Our Team At Avanti!

Hi my name is Oscar! I am in my second year at VANTAGE where I participate in the business analytics strand. Outside of school I love to ski, play the drums and go to the gym. I am excited for what’s to come this year leading Avanti.

Hi my name  is Rachel! I’m a senior at Minnetonka High School and involved in VANTAGE! Outside of school I’m involved in various service clubs, DECA as. well love to read and volunteer.

Hi my name is Stella! I am CITO here at Avanti, and I am a senior at Minnetonka High school. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and friends at my cabin! I also work as a manager at Adele’s Frozen Custard Shop, where I serve customers and manage the shop!

Hi, my name is Lula and I’m Chief Marketing Officer at Avanti! I’m a senior at Minnetonka High School, in the VANTAGE program, and I dance at a studio nearby. In my free time I like to hangout with friends, read, and go on hikes!

Hi, my name is George and I'm CHRO at Avanti. I’m enrolled in Minnetonka VANTAGE where I study business managment and statistics. Outside of academics, I enjoy playing guitar, learning new songs, and spending time with friends.

Hi my name is Ryland. I attend Minnetonka VANTAGE as a student, and I am both a member of the Stocks and Investments Club and DECA. In my free time, I try to stay active by playing soccer, baseball, skiing , or by playing pickleball with my friends. 

Hello! My name is Sadie, and I am a senior this year. I am the VP of fragrance in the operations department. As a vantage global business student I wanted a hands on experience from what I’ve learned, so I took VE. Outside of school I am captain of the Ultimate Frisbee team, I love spending time with my family and friends and I have multiple jobs and hobbies. 

Hi my name is Anders, and I work in the Operations department as the VP of accessory. I am a senior at Minnetonka High School and I’m on the football and rugby teams, I am also involved in Deca. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.

Hi my name is Jeramiah I mix the fragrances and make sure everything smells good then bottle them. I attend Minnetonka high school as a student. I am a member of the Minnetonka Rugby Club. In my free time I love being active I have played Rugby, Football, Soccer, Basketball, Wrestling, Swim and Dive, ballet, and gymnastics and play pickle ball with my friends.

 Hi my name is Jonathan and I’m the sourcing specialist for accessories at Avanti. I’m involved in rugby and UNIFIED at school. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Hi my name is Bella! I manage product descriptions while expanding the customer base and developing sales strategies for a wider audience of customers.

Hi I'm Megan! I work for the HR department as the event coordinator. I enjoy planning events and other activities within Avanti. I appreciate the teamwork and love seeing everyone come together during these events.

Hi! My name is Layla and I work for the HR department as the communication specialist. I am a junior at Minnetonka Highschool and I am involved in two martial arts, Jiujitsu and Muay Thai. I play the guitar, piano, and I sing. I also love working out and spending time with friends.

Hi my name is Noah, I’m the Vice President of Accounting at AVANTI, where I oversee financial operations and strategy. In my free time I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.

Hi, my name is Lucas. As the VP of Finance my job is to serve as a leader who manages our companies financial operations. That includes, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting that is overseen by my CFO.
